Our Process

Through our organized approach to design, we deliver event branding that is unique and cohesive – on time and on budget. We start with an in-depth consultation and then develop a custom proposal that guides our design process. After the design is approved, every element goes through our rigorous quality control process, ensuring perfect pieces.

01. CONSULTATION

You don’t have to know exactly what you are looking for. We provide experienced creative direction and suggest materials or elements you might not have considered to really customize your design and make an impact.

To get a good sense of who you are, your personal story, and your style, we will send you a questionnaire to complete before your consultation. Asking the right questions and explaining the nuances of paper and print is just one part of our all-inclusive service. We also know that experiencing the texture and quality of materials is essential. With that in mind, we will curate a customized set of physical samples to review during an in-person meeting or ship a sample package to you after a scheduled call.

02. PROPOSAL

After we discuss the overall aesthetic, mood, and inspiration for the event, you will receive a detailed estimate and production schedule. To get started on formal sketches and design, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

03. DESIGN

Our talented artists will work one-on-one with you in creative dialogue as you decide on your perfect design. Approximately two weeks after the deposit is paid, you’ll receive a digital proof with at least three possible design directions to choose from. With each round of revisions, the design becomes more focused.

04. PRODUCTION

After your design is approved and the invoice is paid in full, production begins! Once printing is completed, every element goes through our rigorous quality control process, ensuring perfect pieces.

Our experienced team can also assist with addressing and mailing. This invaluable service includes a two-step cross-check process to ensure that everything is perfectly assembled and that each guest address is accounted for. Your only job is to enjoy the rave reviews as your guests get the first glimpse into your event!
